Transforming History: A Vintage Factory Evolves into Cutting-Edge Loft Living!

The META Modřany Housing project is currently in the construction phase of its first stage. This phase involves a careful renovation of the historic Chirana factory building and introduces an innovative concept for compact urban living.

Branded as META Lofts Housing, this project will feature 133 well-designed smart lofts in layouts of 1+kk and 2+kk, boasting impressive ceiling heights reaching up to 4.3 meters. In addition, there will be 50 conventional units available, consisting of 2+kk and 3+kk layouts, situated on the top two floors of the structure.

The smallest lofts will offer a usable area starting at 26.6 m², which can be expanded up to 39 m² by adding an intermediate floor.

The unique design of the larger 2+kk lofts is highlighted by their “L”-shaped floor plan, setting them apart from other offerings.

This project is being brought to life by COOPERA Development, a collaboration between seasoned developers KKCG Real Estate Group and Alma Development.

The construction is being managed by NOVECON, a company that is part of the esteemed KKCG group.

The architectural vision for this project is crafted by the acclaimed QARTA Architektura studio. The first phase of development is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.

As of now, over 60% of the units in the first stage have already been sold.
