Prague Tram Station Transformed with Holiday Cheer!

On Wednesday, April 16, passengers traveling through Prague will experience a special event as the Masarykovo nádraží tram stop becomes the festive “Easter” (Velikonoční) stop for just one day.
From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the stop will be beautifully adorned with vibrant flowers, colorful balloons, and cheerful decorations, creating a delightful spring vibe.
To enhance the festive atmosphere, Mr. Hare and Mrs. Hare will be present to greet guests beneath the tram stop’s shelter.
Visitors who join in the fun by singing an Easter song, sending a holiday message, or decorating a specially prepared Easter egg will be rewarded with sweet treats. Additionally, guests can visit an information booth to collect a badge themed around spring.
This enjoyable event is organized by Prague Integrated Transport (PID).
After 6:00 PM, the tram stop will return to its usual appearance, but all the flowers used for decoration will be available for free to anyone interested.
