RestaurantsThe fourth Czech edition of the Restaurant Week festival will take place from 13 March to 13 April 2025 in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, and Pilsen where top chefs from the finest establishments showcase their best menus. Among the participating eateries catering to food enthusiasts are a mix of traditional Czech restaurants along with places that serve international cuisine and trendy bistros. In Prague, you can enjoy meals at renowned spots like Alcron, Dock House, Hong Kong Karlín, HolKa, Pohlreich’s Next Door, Vinograf, or Zem Prague bistro. Over in Brno, you can dine at La Domenica, Prime Steak, Fairside Restaurant, Baroko, Ilegal, and others. In Ostrava, options include Café Au Père Tranquille, Nha Cretcheu, Gokana, or Moss Bistro. Pilsen invites food lovers to visit restaurants such as Na Spilce, Beseda 1901, el Cid restaurant, or Prostě bistro! All participating restaurants are meticulously prepared for a fantastic culinary experience that enthusiasts across Europe have enjoyed since 1992. This festival also has a presence overseas in cities like New York and Chicago.

foodFestival participants can visit the website restaurant-week.cz to select from various menus, which typically include vegetarian options, and at times, even vegan choices. The goal is to provide the specially crafted menu that chefs have prepared for this event to a wider audience. The cost is reasonable as well: 490 or 790 crowns per person (plus a reservation fee of 24 crowns). A variety of menus are available that include appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. Alongside each menu, guests will receive a festival cocktail Martini & Kinley Tonic.

The festival operates with a focus on #RespectFood and zero-waste principles. Thanks to the advance booking system that allows for menu selection, nothing will go to waste during the festival.
