200 Activists Rally in Prague to Condemn Trump’s Views on Ukraine

Approximately 200 individuals assembled in Malostranské Square on Friday afternoon to voice their opposition to former US President Donald Trump.

The protest was initiated due to worries about Trump’s recent comments indicating that Europe should not rely on American assistance for Ukraine.

This demonstration was coordinated by Milion Chvilek, a civic organization recognized for its dedication to pro-democracy efforts.

“Trump’s remarks make it evident that Europe can no longer count on its long-standing ally. We need to demonstrate that we are resilient, united, and prepared to safeguard our future as well as that of Ukraine,” the group articulated on its official website.

The gathering unfolded in a peaceful manner, with law enforcement overseeing the event but ultimately not needing to step in.
